Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for online-webhooks.com Pro subscriptions.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period — no further charges are made after that. Your account then reverts to the free tier.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to a first-time subscription only. To request a refund, email hello@online-webhooks.com from the address associated with your account.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel before any renewal to avoid being billed. If a renewal charge was clearly unintended, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

4. How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days. Paddle may also be contacted directly for billing inquiries via the receipt they email you.

5. Downgrades

If your subscription ends or is refunded, persistent endpoints revert to free-tier behavior — they expire 24 hours after their last activity, and retention limits are reduced. Export anything you need before downgrading.

6. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of the Service or of this policy — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles.
